  • The broker's commission is only payable in the event of success. It is set out transparently in the brokerage contract. Further costs may arise from the notary, land registry and, if applicable, energy certificate or specific expert opinions and special marketing services such as home staging.

  • Depending on the location, price, characteristics of the property (encumbrances, restrictions, liens, etc.), the associated need for documentation and the market situation, a sale usually takes between 12 and 32 weeks - often even faster thanks to targeted marketing and pre-registered interested parties.

  • I carefully examine the property, accompany you on viewings and coordinate the notarial process. If you wish, I can put you in touch with surveyors, financial advisors and insurance companies. Once the purchase contract has been notarized, a priority notice of conveyance is entered in the land register.
    This secures your claim to transfer of ownership until the final transfer has taken place.

  • The commission is only due once the purchase contract has been successfully concluded. There are no advance payments or hidden costs.

  • Yes, of course. A professional property valuation is also useful to know the market value for inheritance, divorce or tax purposes.
